Our fees

Property purchase:
up to £ 500,000 - 1,5% of purchase price or 10% of the amount saved (difference between the original purchase price and the final agreed price, whichever is greater).
from £ 500,000 to £1,000 000 - 1,25% of purchase price or 10% of the amount saved (difference between the original purchase price and the final agreed price, whichever is greater).
more than £1,000 000 - 1%  of purchase price or 10% of the amount saved (difference between the original purchase price and the final agreed price, whichever is greater).
Property rental:
One month’s rent
Mortgage advice
0,5% of the agreed property purchase price
Registration fee (non-refundable and deducted from our final fees)
£ 750 for the purchases up to £1,000 000 and rental up to £1,500 per month
£1,000 for the purchases up to £1, 000 000 and rental more than £1,500 per month
£ 500 ;mortgage advice
Minimum fee for our services £5,000
All our fees include VAT
Fees for arranging tour around the area and property viewing are paid at an hourly rate.  More details are available upon request on the date of registration.
Our fees (less registration fee) are paid upon exchange of contracts.
Please note the additional fees you may have to pay when acquiring property in Britain.  You will be responsible for paying these fees direct.
Stamp Duty
No duty is payable on purchases up to £120,000
Purchases more than £120,000 – 1%
Purchases more than £250,000 – 3%
Purchases more than £500,000 – 4%

Fees for other services and consultations are individually priced depending on your requirements at the date of registration.
