What happens next

1. Free preliminary consultation
As soon as we have received your completed registration form, we will contact you by telephone or arrange a meeting to discuss your personal requirements. Having confirmed your preferred property location and state of repairs, we will prepare a detailed list of your preferences: school, nursery location, shops, place of work, gym, etc.
2. Signing Agreement
You or you nominated representative will then sign a Contract and will pay a registration fee.
3. Orientation (on demand)
If you have never been to Britain before or you are not sure what the best property location for you is, we will prepare a detailed report about the area.  We will then arrange a tour around the area to ensure that it suits your requirements.  Please note there is a separate fee for this service.
4. Finding a property and arranging your first viewing
When you have selected the area, we will check all the properties available on the market. A list of properties reflecting your requirements will be drafted. We will then, on your behalf, view each and every property you are interested in and prepare a detailed report with photographs, video and virtual tours (where possible).
5. Viewing
Viewing of the chosen properties will be arranged at a convenient time to enable you to select the most suitable property.
6. Choosing the property and negotiating
The moment you have made your choice, we will start negotiating with the Sellers or their Agents and will endeavour to agree the best price for you.
7. Exchange of Contracts and completion
Once the price has been agreed, we will contact  the Sellers’ Agents, legal representatives, bank and/or other agents to agree the final details for the exchange of Contracts, completion and moving in dates.
